Functional Movement Screen
The Functional Movement Screen is used by coaches, trainers, clinicians, and therapists to observe fundamental movement patterns and help identify mobility limitations, stability concerns, and movement asymmetries.
The seven initial screens include:
- Deep squat
- Hurdle step
- In-line lunge
- Shoulder mobility
- Active straight-leg raise
- Trunk stability push-up
- Rotary stability
